Ingredients :-

  • Sweet Carn – 2
    Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
    Curd – 1 cup
    Salt – 3/4 Tablespoons
    Ginger – 1 inch piece grated
    Lemon – 1
    Eno Powder – 3/4 Tablespoons
    Oil – 2-3 tablespoons
    Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
    Curry Leaf – Take 10-12 thin finely chopped
    Green Chillies – Cut into 2-Length by 1-2 pieces
    Green Coriander – 1-2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

Method :-

Take the curd up, keep the semolina in yogurt and mix well. Make a cream, grate sweet corn. Add sweet corn cream, salt and ginger paste in the curd of yogurt and mix it, mix the lemon juice in the mixture and mix it. Mix all the ingredients well and keep them for 5 minutes, then prepare the preparation for the dhokla.

Take one such utensil to cook the dhokla, in which the dhokla plate can be placed, put 2 1/2 cup water in the vessel and keep it warm, keep a mesh stand in the water, which will keep the Dhokla mixture plate above it, Cover the utensil with a lid so that steam starts growing quickly. Add oil to the plate and smooth it.

Put the powdered powder in the mixture, as soon as the air bubble starts to appear, put the solution in a smooth plate. Steam in water starts to become steam, keep the plate on the lattice stand and cover the Dhokla for 20 minutes, once the steam starts to be formed, then reduce the gas so that steam in the vessel continues to grow.

After 20 minutes, open the dhokla and check it, put the knife in the dhokla, and see that the mixture of Dhokla does not attach to it, then the Dhokla has been cooked.

When the dhokla is slightly cooled, separate with the help of a knife, take it out of the plate in a different plate, cut the dhokla with your knife into your favorite piece and now make the temperance.

Heat oil in the small penis, add mustard seeds, roast in curry leaves and green chilies, and add this tempering to all the sides of the dhokla with a spoon, add green coriander and decorate it. Tasty sweet corn dhokla is ready, along with green chutney or coconut sauce, eat and eat.
