This Is Why The Right Person Doesn’t Need To Be Chased

Love always seems hard. For some reason, we fight for love, like someone’s heart is the hardest thing to conquer in this world.

Like so many other people, I thought that loving someone was a game of hide and seek.

Hiding our faults and seeking validation, trying everything we can, because anything is better than being lonely.

There were times when I thought that love was a choice and we can love whomever we want as long as they choose to love us too.

How wrong I was.

It took me meeting the one to know that love is something beautiful, which does require effort, but much less than what you might think.

When I met him and I felt this overwhelming feeling of home whenever he spoke, I just knew that when you meet the one you’re meant to be with, you won’t have to chase him.

You won’t have to chase him if he’s the right one.

It’s that simple. I know that sometimes it seems quite difficult to not go after someone when they show how much they want to leave, but it just means that they’re not the one.

You don’t have to run to accommodate him and you don’t have to cling to his every word. When he’s not the one and you fail to do that, he’s gone forever.

You won’t have to play games if he’s the right one.

No cat and mouse games. No, “I’ll wait a bit before replying to him.”

You won’t have to do any of these things if he’s the one. A man who truly loves you and wants to spend eternity with you knows how draining that is.

He won’t beat around the bush if he’s the real deal.

The right person will know that games are for kids and you are two adults who are planning their future together, so why not let you know how he feels.

You will know his intentions right away.

The right one will be the one to chase after you.

Not in the sense you may think. He knows his worth, and he won’t let you lead him on.

He will chase you in the sense of love.

There will be times when you’ll take a step back and he’ll inevitably put in the effort needed to show you he’s there for you.

Whenever he feels like you’re not happy with him, he’ll put more effort into showing you how much he loves and appreciates you.

He will chase after you if he’s the one.

The right one will make loving you seem like the best thing that has ever happened to him.

I actually thought that I wasn’t lovable at all. I thought that love simply wasn’t something people felt when they thought of me.

There were times when I thought that being hurt was the only outcome of love because I was that hard to love.

It couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Love is the purest and most beautiful feeling there is. You and I aren’t hard to love.

We just fell victim to men who didn’t know how to love us the way we deserve.

Your forever person won’t ever make you feel like you aren’t worthy of love, he’ll make loving you seem like the best thing that has ever happened to him.

The right one will love you effortlessly.

The right one will make you remember that love shouldn’t be hard. Love should be effortless and easy.

You will always know what he thinks and feels, because the communication between you two will flow naturally.

There won’t be a need for forced conversations or secrets. You will both know that these things will be anything but helpful for your relationship.

He will make loving you seem like the easiest thing ever.

The right one will love you even when times get tough.

No one is saying that being with the right person doesn’t come with its difficulties. The difference is in the way you two handle situations.

The right person will show you that no matter how big or small, problems can only strengthen your relationship.

There are so many instances when a problem in your relationship will only help you grow closer together.

You will know that he loves you by the number of times you have issues and they don’t look like obstacles, because your love overpowers it all.

I remember our first huge fight, where I thought that we would split up because that was the only thing I knew.

I only knew of instances with my exes when the fights were stronger than the love we felt.

He came to me when my eyes started to swell from all the crying I had done and he hugged me.

I was so confused and terrified that this was his way of saying goodbye.

Instead, he hugged me tighter and told me how silly I was for ever believing he would leave me.

He loves me. He loves me so much that leaving me was funny to him. It would never happen.

If I didn’t know before that incident, I knew afterward that his love for me is pure and that nothing could make it falter.

He is my right person.

The right one will come even if you think it’s hopeless.

After everything you’ve been through in your past relationships, you might have lost all hope for true love.

The thing about the right person is that you can’t shake them off. He has been assigned to you by a higher power and he will come.

He will come to you and show you that love is the most beautiful feeling you will ever experience.

He’ll help you heal and overcome your traumas from the past, to the point where you will forget that anyone before him existed in your heart.

You won’t have to chase the right person. He will chase you. He will come into your life and turn everything around.

You will know that he’s the one because things will fall into place so easily, without you having to chase after anyone.

That’s what finding the right person really means.
