Ingredients of Mushroom Cutlets

  • 400 gms Mushroom (wipe clean and cut)
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 t spoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 cup potato (boiled mashed)
  • 2 t spoon coriander powder
  • 2 t spoon amchoor
  • 1 1/2 t spoon salt
  • 2 t spoon green chilli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • dry bread crumbles (for coatings of cutlets)
  • oil

Method of making Mushroom Cutlets

– Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cumin and ginger in it.

Fry it lightly and put mushrooms in it and cook it on a high flame so that it can dry all the Moischer.
In this, add coriander, amchoor, salt and green chillies and fry for a while and close the flame.
When it cools down, mix potatoes in it.

– Cutlets of oval shapes should be prepared. Sprinkle the flour on the inside, then egg it in the egg.
– Now quote it in the crumbles.

Once again, cut the cutlets into the egg and then place the crumbs. Deep fry the cutlets and serve it out when golden color comes out.
