For Cheese Balls:

  • 100 gram paneer (grated)

  • 1 green pepper (chopped)

For Soup:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 spring onion
  • 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp boiled beans
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

For Serving:

    Fresh cream
    chilli powder

Method :

For soup:

Cut tomatoes finely. Cut the remaining tomatoes in large pieces. Cook 5 cups of water and cook it until it becomes cooked.

Cut Spring Onion and its leaves in small pieces. Heat the oil in the pan, add chopped onion and roast for 1 minute. Now add spring onion and capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes.

Put tomato soup in it and cook for another 10 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes, beans, sugar, chili sauce and salt and cook it for a few minutes.

For cheese ball:

Mix the paneer, flour, green coriander, green chillies and salt well and make pills and fry it in the oil. Cheese balls are ready, now you put them in a boiling soup and let it cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot soup by adding cheese and cream.
